Bought a VW Lupo as a first car for our daughter. ES Motors Whinbrook Leeds were excellent. Although the car had a full service history, there was no record of the timing belt being replaced & so they were happy to change it at no extra cost. They couldn't do enough. Full service, MOT, warranty, roadside assistance & even petrol included in the price. Will definitely use this garage for future services & recommend to anyone.

EXCELLENT!! Raf is a brilliant person to deal with, as were Nigel & Roy. The service we received was second to none, We have never had an experience like it buying our new car. I can’t recommend this garage enough, the best we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! 5 🌟 stars is not enough! I don’t think we would use anyone else for our future new car purchases.

Travelled from Carlisle to find my Skoda as described by Martin in my initial phone call. Dealt with Reece,a mechanic but also a very good salesman who promised a full service,6 months warranty including breakdown,6 month tax,12 month mot and a full vallet. Car was ready for pick up at the agreed time,everything done as promised including a couple of things I didn't ask for like new front discs and a rear screen washer repair which I hadn't spotted. After many years of poor experiences with main dealer sales people I was impressed by the ES Motors staff. A small company very big on customer service. The car was indeed fully serviced including air and pollen filters, spark plugs and new brake fluid (I've checked!). So good to find a garage doing a thorough job. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from ES Motors and would also trust them to service my cars if I lived in the locality. I've had the car for 2 months now and covered 3000 miles so now feel able to judge. I'm impressed.

hi just got to say bought a seat ibiza of es motors the service was fantastic actually had slight problem after they couldnt of been more helpfull to sort issue.10 of 10 for me will not hesitate to recomend them and use them again bravo es very honest firm not many about mike rees wales
